
I love sourcing fresh zucchini and trying new recipes. I decided to shake things up and try this recipe from Restorio Food that I found on Instagram. I remember loving the zucchini chips from Grilld and was pleasantly surprised with the result.
I bought my gluten free breadcrumbs from Aussie Health Products.

Recipe: Crispy Air Fryer Parmesan Zucchini Fries

Feel free to add a sprinkle of extra Parmesan cheese on top before serving for an extra cheesy flavor.
Serve with your favourite dipping sauce like marinara or ranch
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the zucchinis into fry-shaped sticks.
- In a shallow dish, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another dish, beat the egg.
- Dip each zucchini stick into the egg, then coat it with the Parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the zucchini fries are golden and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
