Tonight I was at the Twilight Makers Market in Raby Bay, Cleveland QLD with my husband Philip. We were feeling hungry and looked at the many Food Trucks in the markets. One food van caught my eye – Jadore Les Crepes.
Jadore Les Crepes have a range of crepes and the choice of Gluten-Free and Vegan crepes. I chose a savoury crepe – the Parisienne – with Egg, Ham, Cheese, Mushroom and (baby) Spinach. Delicious! The crepe was made artfully and had an amazing texture and flavour. Watch the video below to view their process.
And for Dessert I chose to purchase a sweet crepe – The Big Tease – with Strawberries, Maltesers, Nutella, and Whipped Cream. Divine!
